GPI Prototype offers the cutting edge in rapid-prototyping; Objet′s unique high-end capabilities elevate three-dimensional models to a whole new level. Based on PolyJet® photopolymer-jetting technology and featuring outstanding surface features and fine details with the finest resolution of horizontal layers in the market, 16 microns (0.0006″) We can build thin walls down to 0.6 mm (0.024″) and eliminate the stair step effect typical of SLA models. We also offer a large family of materials for you to choose from (5 rigid resins & 3 Soft durometer resins) GPI Prototype is truly a one stop shop!

The unique jetting process delivers top-quality, accurate, clean, smooth and detailed prototypes, at high speed. The jetting head deposits a single-layer of two different materials used for building: one photopolymer material is used for the actual model, while a second, gel-like photopolymer material is used for support onto the build tray. Immediately after building each layer, UV light cures each layer instantly. When the model or build is completed, the part(s) are removed and water is used to remove the support material, this means no harsh chemicals ever touch the surface of your part. Since there are no physical supports touching the model, we have eliminated the need for standard finishing and post-building process as with SLA. Which allows for incredible surface detail right off the machine and functional assemblies can be built as a single model, Amazing!
