We turn CAD files into full metal parts, using our unique ARCAM EBM technology. Titanium or Cobalt Chrome materials create parts that are precise, durable, and fully functional upon delivery.
Orthopedic implants and prosthetics, aerospace & military components, automotive & racing parts, marine applications, research & development, rapid prototyping, and volume production among others.
Titanium (Ti) or Cobalt Chrome (Co Cr) materials offer superior properties, making them ideal for a range of demanding applications:
We are proud to serve the medical community as an exclusive provider of freeform Cobalt Chrome implants. Ideal where osteointegration is not desired, Cobalt Chrome opens a wide range of surgical applications.
The patented ARCAM EBM technology uses an electron beam gun to melt metal powder and build solid parts layer-by-layer. Complex and unique parts are easily achieved, with the final product reflecting the exact geometry defined by the computer model.
Processing takes place in a vacuum in order to provide a clean workspace and ideal thermal environment. This system ensures good form stability and controlled thermal balance in the resulting parts, while preventing the imperfections and oxidation typical of other processes.
