Case Inserts

GPI specializes in designing and manufacturing case inserts for complex portable devices utilizing molded and fabricated foams, films and fabrics. GPI utilizes advanced manufacturing techniques such as CNC routing and water jet cutting. Diverse capabilities range from rugged applications for field service technician kits - with critical performance requirements - to “sales” kits that communicate brand consistency and aesthetics. Medical Packaging

GPI provides custom packaging for medical equipment, instruments and devices. Capabilities include both single and multi-material packs from thermoformed plastic and die cut, CNC routed or compression molded foams for non-sterile, sterile and clean room applications. GPI's rapid turnaround design and prototyping services, in-house tooling and short and long run production capabilities yield seamless and shorter product development cycles.
