Stereolithography (SLA)


Stereolithography is a process using a vat of a liquid plastic resin that is cured in layers by a UV laser. The laser traces each layer in a pattern mapped by a 3D CAD file of the part. There are many different types of liquid resin to choose from simulating production plastics such as ABS, Nylon and Polypropylene.

With 2 SLA7000 machines and build platforms of 20 x 20 x 24 inches We can build large parts or many parts at once in a very economical and RAPID manner!
