GPI provides a wide array of custom packaging solutions, ranging from automotive material handling components to thermo-formed medical packaging to complex cases and inserts. We build foam, fabric, and plastic packaging molds for the medical, sports and leisure, beauty, industrial, and automotive interior markets. We use a wide range of laminating and molding technologies to manufacture products like medical braces, precision industrial gaskets, and a broad range of automotive interior trim components.

Case Inserts

GPI specializes in designing case inserts for complex portable devices utilizing molded and fabricated foams, films and fabrics. GPI utilizes advanced manufacturing techniques such as CNC routing and water jet cutting. Diverse capabilities range from rugged applications for field service technician kits - with critical performance requirements - to “sales” kits that communicate brand consistency and aesthetics. Medical Packaging

GPI provides custom packaging for medical equipment, instruments and devices. Capabilities include both single and multi-material packs from thermoformed plastic and die cut, CNC routed or compression molded foams for non-sterile, sterile and clean room applications. GPI's rapid turnaround design and prototyping services, in-house tooling and short and long run production capabilities yield seamless and shorter product development cycles.

GPI can handle custom solutions for thermoforming plastics and foams for medical, electronics, food, and consumer markets.
