Finishes:

1) Strip-n-Ship – Part is cleaned, cured, and shipped (No Sanding)

2) Phase 1 – After part is cured, bead blasted for uniform finish. Part is NOT sanded. (Bead Blast Only)

3) Phase 2 – Lightly sanded to remove roughness. Bead blasted for uniform finish. Minimal material is removed, large stairs stepping is not removed. (Lightly Sanded with 180 grit)

4) Phase 3 – Standard Finish. 90% of exterior stair stepping removed. Different grit sandpaper and finish techniques are used. Bead blasted for uniform finish. (Sanded with 220 – 320 grit)

5) Phase 4 – All stair stepping removed. An initial primer paint coat is applied for continued finishing. (Sanded with 320 grit with coats of primer in between)

6) Phase 5 – All stair stepping removed. Parts are primered and additional finishing takes place to prepare surfaces for paint. Texturing is available. Painted parts allow for color choice by client. (Sanded with 440 grit with Coats of Primer in between, Paint)

7) Rapid Seal Clear – Part receives Phase 3 finish. Clear coat material is applied. (Sanded with 202 – 320 grit)

8) Supreme Clear – All stair stepping removed from exterior AND interior of part. Clear coat material and fine sanding is applied until desired finish. (Sanded with 420 grit, seal with clear coat)

9) Nickel Plated – Phase 4 finish with a nickel plating of semi bright, brushed, or polished look. (Sanded with 320 grit)
